“Since it launch last year, Almost 1,800 people have graduated from Cornerstone courses. 15 countries use the program for all new hires. Most also require courses for senior management personnel, who often teach the courses locally.In 2008, the Latin America Region will require Cornerstone certification for all salaried employees throughout all of its countries.
Cornerstone I has been translated into five languages already by our international employees, with five more language versions currently in process.
In addition to translation, the countries and regions have also amended certain sections of the curriculum to their local country operations and business needs.
Many of these courses are taught by senior management personnel outside of normal business hours, including Saturday expanded sessions in Mexico, for example.”
