Training Implementation Services

Frank Sarr started TIS, Inc. in 1990 with the vision of helping organizations improve their bottom-line through the effective development of their people and the utilization of their existing resources.
Frank has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Oberlin College. His professional career has involved associations with Wilson Learning Corporation, Independent Financial Services and CIGNA. Frank left CIGNA, where he was responsible for field training and management development for the National Sales Organization, to start TIS, Inc. His professional affiliations are CLU, IAFP, AALU, NETDA and NASD.
Gail has been with TIS for over 10 years and is the principal instructional designer of the TIS programs. Gail holds a Masters Degree from the University of Connecticut. Drawing upon her extensive experience in education and classroom training, she directs the instructional design, guides research and development, and monitors project implementation. Clients can count on Gail for speedy assistance with design topics, project management and her understanding of each project's unique needs.
Gail leads a team of instructional content developers who create customized training programs for our clients. As each program is developed, the team members are in continual contact with their assigned clients to create a comprehensive and concise program that meets their specific training needs .
Jane assists in creating online and classroom training programs for a wide variety of audiences by combining and updating previously developed content with pertinent information from Subject Matter Experts, and adding relevant activities to reinforce the training. She utilizes PowerPoint and Articulate presentations to support the training and enhance the course material. She also presents Train-the-Trainer seminars for clients on their customized training programs and how to use and navigate the online system.
Marcie has a Bachelors Degree in Education and her background includes corporate training, documentation, and client support in the financial services industry. Marcie assists with developing and editing our learning content, and providing our clients with prompt and cheerful customer support.
Over the past 20 years, Carol has worked in training and management in a variety of industries from insurance, to retail, to health clubs. Her responsibilities with TIS involve facilitating training sessions and designing training programs for our clients.
Greg has been with TIS since early 2008 and his duties include posting content to our online Learning Management System, web design and marketing.
